In April and May of this year, partners from our office, in cooperation with the accounting firm Ernst & Young, participated in a seminar on transfer pricing at the CFO Forum. The CFO Forum has approximately 650 CFOs from Israel’s leading companies that represent over 90% of the country’s GNP. The seminar, which included four meetings, focused on the correct planning for transfer pricing, the preparation of a preliminary survey, aspects of international taxation, agreements between affiliated companies, developments with respect to transfer pricing in the United States and Europe, and more. Mr. Jonathan Dubitzky, Esq. and Mr. Yair Estline, Esq. from our Tel-Aviv office and Mr. Louis Greenwald, Esq., from our Boston office, each gave lectures.
