On January 5, 2009, the Alumni of the College of Management held an HR Directors’ Convention, in the framework of which Adv. Dana Oron Almog lectured on "Rules and Restrictions in Termination of Working Relations, with Specific Emphasis on the Financial Crisis." Among the topics covered: unilateral changes to labor contracts, termination, cutbacks, hearing procedures with an emphasis on hearing procedures within cutback termination, restriction of termination by law or verdicts, and new precedents in the field of termination restrictions.
