Mr. Achiron works at the New York office of ZAG/S&W offices and coordinates the legal services provided to Israeli clients in the U.S.
Mr. Achiron’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, high-tech and venture capital, and capital market and securities. Mr. Achiron served as a staff sergeant of the Israel Defense Forces. He was awarded the Operational Service Medal for extraordinary performance during front line artillery battles.
