Mr. Ben- Dor is a partner and manages the firm’s Hi-tech practice.
Mr. Ben- Dor specializes in representation of hi-tech companies and their investors, as well as public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, in Israel and the United States.
Mr. Ben- Dor spent few years in the firm’s Boston office. While working in Boston, Mr. Ben- Dor accompanied investors and companies in the field of U.S. securities ( mainly NASDAQ and NYSE ), life sciences and hi- tech.
Mr. Ben- Dor occasionally lectures in various forums on venture capital transactions and hi- tech in Israel, and authored several papers on the subject
of capital market and hi- tech
